Ms. Diaz-Shafer is a graduate of Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law.

Ms. Diaz-Shafer has personally advised hundreds of individual clients and scores of for-profit and not-for-profit business organizations on their rights and responsibilities under the Immigration Laws of the United States. Since that time, Ms. Diaz-Shafer has quickly gained a statewide reputation for excellence in immigration advocacy, and is frequently sought by prominent leaders of the international community, be they corporate executives or even deposed political leaders, for her knowledge and experience with the USCIS. Ms. Diaz-Shafer brings a passion for the law in every case she takes, and she is not satisfied until all legal options have been identified, thoroughly researched and exhausted. Because of her reputation for going the extra mile, she is frequently asked by news media and other legal conferences to shed light on the often confusing and ever-changing status of our American Immigration Laws.

All our attorneys are licensed to practice before all Florida State Courts and all Federal Administrative Courts and Agencies. Ms. Diaz-Shafer is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and presently serves as a Board Advisor to the St. Petersburg College Paralegal Program.
